HOW DO I SIGN A LEASE?
 
 

1. PICK AN APARTMENT


We offer three different apartment and townhome options North, Center, South. Check out our floor plans and rates to see which property fits your lifestyle best!
 

2. STOP IN THE OFFICE

 

Here we will provide you with any additional information and can take you on a tour, no appointment necessary. Then, you will fill out an  application for the apartment and begin the leasing process.

 

3. SIGN A LEASE


Next we will discuss the lease and have you sign for your future home. We also offer an apartment or bedroom lease option. 

 

We are pet friendly!



We Welcome your pets to enjoy your stay with you!


To register your pet as a resident, please fill out the pet addendum. You can acquire one by visiting or contacting our office. 


Please note that all roommates in the unit will need to give permission to allow the pet to stay in the apartment.

At TRIO, we offer 2 different payment options to make paying rent easier.

Plan A: Paying in Full
Plan B: 9 or 12 Monthly Payments

Log in to your online account to view which payment plan you have and check your rent due date.

SAFETY

 

We aim to provide a safe living environment for all residents. To do so,  ABSOLUTE SECURITY makes regular patrols throughout our complexes by car and foot. ABSOLUTE also provides safe-walks to escort residents home at night.

Along with our well-lit townhouses, all front doors have deadbolts and viewers and all bedrooms have separate locks.

Our maintenance staff is always happy to help fix any apartment problems during your stay here.

Please note there will be a charge to replace any keys. There will also be an additional charge to unlock doors after hours.
